Online Payments
Please note that it is currently not possible to order physical items, such as Crystals, and digital items (including services & events), such as electronic downloads, at the same time. We will make this feature available as soon as our platform supports this.
If you do wish to buy some of each type then the only way to do this is to place two separate orders, one for the physical goods and one for the other items.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please bear with us on this.
On the plus side this means that your digital downloads are available straight away! The moment your payment has gone through you will see a download link for you to use.
To purchase an item
Click the ‘BUY’ or ‘SHOP’ button for the product, this will take you through to our more detailed product page.
You can then add the item to your shopping cart.
From the shopping cart click on checkout. Here you can check and amend your items and quantities. Ensure you familiarise yourself with our Return Policy and Shipping info.
Click Checkout and you will be prompted to enter your customer details.
Entering your phone number is optional.
You can check our Privacy Policy on how we handle your personal details here.
Click Next in Payment information. This will re-direct you to the secure payment portal PayPal. There you can either use your PayPal account or pay with your credit card (at the bottom of the page).
We do not see, handle or store your payment details. This aspect of your transaction is solely dealt with through PayPal.
You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment. You will also receive an order acknowledgement email from us. If you do not receive this email then please check your spam folder. If it is not in there then please contact us – as soon as is practicable – at: karin@thebainclan.uk and we will get this to you asap.
Physical Goods:
For items to be shipped to the UK. Orders placed before 3 pm will be picked, packed & posted the next working day. The delivery service is 2nd class Royal Mail. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your items to arrive.
Digital Goods:
As soon as your payment has gone through you will see a download link for you to use. Your order acknowledgement email also contains a download link.
Our standard download quantity is 3 times. Please get in touch at karin@thebainclan.uk if you require further download options or quantities.
Services:
You will receive an email from healing@wayitis.net within 24 hrs of making your purchase with further information and for you to book an appointment.
Events:
You will receive an email from karin@thebainclan.uk within 24 hours of making your purchase with further instructions.
