Get Into Gear Using Crystals

Your to-do list is as long as your arm, the house is a mess, several people are waiting for you to get back to them and you dread opening your e-mail because you sense that what’s in there will only add to your workload…
You know you should get stuck in but you just don’t feel it, you can’t get yourself motivated to make a start!

A Creative Approach

Here is my (slightly unusual) approach to this: Forget about all of the things you feel you need to do (Truly forget!) and do something fun!
The knack is for it to be guiltless fun. Guiltless fun is when you do something that:-
  • You really enjoy.
  • Can lose yourself in completely.
  • You can do all day & night without feeling you need a return for it.
  • It’s all you think about when you do it.

Helpful Hint: It does NOT involve watching TV or using any other media such as Youtube, Facebook, etc.

Example: A friend of mine loves dancing. When she dances the rest of the world disappears. Her thoughts are fully engaged with the pleasure of dancing.

The good thing is it doesn’t need to be something as active or involved as dancing. You could simply just pet your cat or dog or care for a plant, provided this gets you into a positive frame of mind.

The Next Step

Connect with the energy of Fluorite. You can pick up a Fluorite Crystal and sit quietly for a couple of minutes holding it near your Brow Chakra (in the middle of the forehead).

Fluorite can help us to release negativity and feel more organised.

Discipline

Now comes the bit where you need to apply a bit of discipline – do the thing you love so much for about 10 – 20 mins only!
Just long enough for you to get up off the sofa and get into gear. Once you are in gear it will be easier for you to keep rolling. In addition your negative mental chatter will be reduced and it will become more apparent to you which of the things on your to-do list to tackle first.
To help you do this you can use the energy of Red Garnet.
Sit and hold a Red Garnet Crystal near your Solar Plexus.
Alternatively, simply call on its energy.

Reward

Make sure that, once you have completed at least one of your ‘dreaded’ tasks, you reward yourself with more of what brings you joy.

Conclusion
​

Use something you enjoy doing and the energy of Fluorite and Red Garnet Crystals to help you get into gear and going.
That way you lower the resistance you have built up in your mind about your to-do list and start to enter a more joyful way of going through your day.

Deliberate Creating

One of the most important things you can do just now for yourself - and with that for the world at large - is to enter a space of deliberate creating.

If you want to experience a better, fairer more loving physical reality then you need to create this within yourself first and stick with it!
That means you stop reacting to your outer world and start to live your life from within. 
Here are some tips that help you do this:
  1. When you wake up in the morning, rather than letting your thoughts do their thing focus them on something you truly love and enjoy. (I love my warm dressing gown and socks!)
  2. First thing, before you do anything else, have a meditation session. 15 Minutes is ideal but 10 focused breaths work too.
  3. Check your media as late as possible. Once we do this we start to enter into reactive mode rather than creative mode.
  4. During the day point out all the things you love and enjoy. (I love that I have food on my plate every day.)
  5. Remind yourself often, take a few deep breaths every couple of hours or even better have a mini meditation session around lunchtime.(This will help your digestive process and your energy levels too!)
  6. When you finish work / your chores and after being out give your energy field a cleanse. We use sound and brushing off, but you could also visualise taking a shower. Also visualise that any unwanted chords and energies dissolve.
  7. Before bed think of at least three things you are grateful for. Take some more deep breaths and ensure that you are feeling good and happy before you nod off.
If you incorporate at least some of the steps above into your daily practice you will notice a difference. 
Learning ways to keep your thoughts and emotions clean is just like learning to wash and brush your teeth. 
I'd like to think that you are cleaning yourself physically at least twice a day to keep your body in good shape. If you wish to keep your energies clear and flowing then it is important to do the same for your mind and emotions.
