This set consists of 5 tumble stones which have been insightfully chosen to aid those suffering anxiety and depression symptoms. These are tumble stones which can be calming, balancing, uplifting and release negative energies.

Rose Quartz – known as the ‘love stone’ can enhance self-love and unconditional love, some have experienced its calming and soothing energy and assistance in dissolving anger and resentment.
